We provide free residential accommodation to 76 patients along with their two attendants aggregating about 228 persons who are visiting Mumbai for medical treatment at various hospitals like Tata Cancer Hospital, KEM, etc. Most of them are from Economically Weaker Section of the society residing in different States of India. We also provide them tea/ breakfast and lunch/dinner at nominal charges. Yoga classes, counseling, Library facility, etc. are offered to support their mental well-being.
Cancer treatment is available in our well-equipped Chemotherapy Day Care Clinic at Borivali (West), under Technical Advisory Services from The Tata Memorial Centre, Parel, Mumbai. Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, Targeted therapy, Hormonal therapy, etc. are done at very reasonable rates under supervision of clinical management of Sunrise Oncology Centre – Led by Dr. Ashay Karpe. Oncologists are available for consultation by appointment on daily basis.
We give dialysis treatment to CKD patients through our four Dialysis Centres located at Parel, Santacruz, Borivali and Thane. Currently we have 48 machines at our disposal in all the four centres. Parel Centre is equipped with 15 machines and Santacruz Centre with 13 machines. While Borivali and Thane Centre serves the patients with 10 machines at each.
The Pathology Laboratories at Parel & Borivali have hi-tech and most modern medical instruments. The instruments are operated by highly qualified and experienced lab technicians. With our expertise and good instrumentation, we have set a benchmark in quality of test results. The establishment offers wide range of routine and specialized tests in Hematology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Serology, Microbiology and Clinical pathology.
OUT PATIENTS DEPARTMENT (OPD) facility is available at reasonable rates in our centres located at Parel, Borivali and Thane. Well known and expert doctors offer consultancy services and treatments in various medical streams like Ophthalmic, Dental, Ortho, Physio, Homeopathy, Allopathy, etc.
We provide various medical equipments/instruments like Oxygen Concentrator, Fowler Bed, Wheel Chair, Commod Chair, Walker, Walking Sticks etc. to the needy patients at nominal charges. Our centres are located at Borivali & Thane.
We provide financial and/or logistics help to patients from the weaker sections of the society who approach us for their hospitalisation for various treatments. Cataract operations are undertaken at free of cost for the weaker section of the society. Fruits and Dates distribution is carried out at Wadia Children Hospital and TB Hospital, Sewri. We, also arrange free breast screening (thermolytic technology) camps at various locations through fully equipped Mobile Van.
